Principal Attorney Shekar Jayaraman

Shekar Jayaraman, Esq., LL.M., has a multi-faceted background of both public and private sector experience. He is passionate, zealous, and detail-oriented.

Notably, Attorney Jayaraman was a Judicial Clerk for a United States Magistrate, focusing on violent crimes. He earned an LL.M. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Business and Corporate Governance and served under the Ohio Secretary of State as a Regional Liaison. He handled Business Services and Elections.

Attorney Jayaraman was selected as an Extern for a United States Magistrate the summer after his first year during law school. After his second year, he was selected as a Fellow for the prestigious Janet D. Steiger Fellowship, where he concentrates on Consumer Protection issues. He also served as his law school’s Student Bar Association President and placed first in his law school’s annual Alternative Dispute Resolution competition.

Shekar Jayaraman is a passionate advocate for community empowerment, mission-driven leadership, and social impact. He regularly speaks on topics related to grassroots engagement, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. In February 2025, Shekar was featured in the Watson Institute’s prestigious Impact Series at Lynn University, where he delivered a lecture titled “The Power of Grassroots Connection.”

Building on that engagement, he served as an adjunct professor at Lynn University’s College of Business Management in March, where he taught an undergraduate course titled Portfolio. The course focused on helping students craft personal and professional portfolios to support their mission-driven brand initiatives. Through both speaking and teaching, Shekar continues to inspire and equip the next generation of changemakers.
